Shipping Policy

Lappy Power ships products mainly across India, including major cities, districts, towns, and many remote villages.

Delivery Timelines

  • Major cities: Usually delivered within 2 business days
  • District locations: Usually delivered within 3 business days
  • Remote or backward areas (especially North-East states): 4–6 business days

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on location, courier partner, and external factors.

Order Processing

Please allow 1–2 business days for your order to be processed and dispatched. Once dispatched, delivery typically takes an additional 3–4 days, depending on your proximity to our dispatch location.

Orders placed before 1:00 PM on a business day are usually shipped the same day, subject to successful payment confirmation, security checks, and stock availability.

During peak periods, festivals, or holidays, processing and shipping may take longer than usual.

Shipping Restrictions

  • Orders cannot be shipped to PO Box or military addresses
  • Rural and remote domestic addresses may require additional delivery time

Out of Stock Products

If a product is marked as “Out of Stock”, customers may choose to either wait until the product becomes available or request a refund as per our Cancellation Policy.

India Post Shipping Option

If the customer chooses India Post as the shipping method, the following conditions apply:

  • Delivery timelines cannot be guaranteed
  • We are not liable for any damage during transit
  • Live tracking updates may not be available

By selecting India Post, the customer agrees that the shipment is sent at their own risk.

Multiple Shipments

Lappy Power reserves the right to ship multiple orders from the same customer separately if some items are ready for dispatch while others are pending.

Cancellations & Refunds

In case of order cancellation, refunds will be processed according to our Cancellation and Refund Policy.
