    • Cash on Delivery Orders: Bank transfers are completed within 5–7 business days after receiving your account details.
  2. Refund Timeline: Refunds are issued promptly after quality checks are completed.


Non-Returnable Items

We may not be able to process returns or exchanges in the following cases:

  • Return requests made after the 15-day window.
  • Missing tags, accessories, or original packaging.
  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or unauthorized repairs.
