Refund Policy

We process refunds for items returned in accordance with this policy:

1. Refund Methods:

   • Prepaid Orders (Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking): Refunds are initiated within 3 business days of approval. Depending on your bank, the amount may reflect within 5–7 business days.
   • Cash on Delivery Orders: Bank transfers are completed within 5–7 business days after receiving your account details.

2. Refund Timeline: Refunds are issued promptly after quality checks are completed.

3. Shipping Charges: Orders cancelled after shipping are subject to a non-refundable ₹100 shipping fee, deducted from the total refund amount. Repeated cancellations may result in permanent suspension of the Cash on Delivery (COD) option for future purchases.

Non-Returnable Items

We may not be able to process returns or exchanges in the following cases:

• Return requests made after the 15-day window.
• Missing tags, accessories, or original packaging.
• Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or unauthorized repairs.
