Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

Lappy Power accepts returns and exchanges for both defective and non-defective products subject to the following conditions:

  • Condition: Items must be new or slightly used and returned with all original tags, accessories, and packaging intact.
  • Return Window: Requests must be initiated within 15 days from the date of delivery.

Exceptions:
Products marked as “Non-Returnable” on the product description page are not eligible for return or exchange.

How to Return or Exchange

You may choose any one of the following methods:

  • By Pickup (Courier): Pack the product securely with all original tags, accessories, and packaging. Once a return request is approved, a delivery agent will pick up the parcel from your doorstep within 2 business days.
  • In-Store: You may visit our store to return or exchange the product, if this is more convenient for you.

After we receive the product, our team will conduct a quality check. For defective or damaged items, the exchange or refund will be processed after successful verification.

Replacement: Replacements are subject to stock availability. If a replacement is not available, a refund will be issued.

Refund Policy

Refunds are processed once the returned product passes the quality check.

Refund Methods

  • Prepaid Orders (Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking, UPI): Refunds are initiated within 3 business days of approval. The amount may reflect in your account within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Refunds are processed via bank transfer within 5–7 business days after receiving your bank details.
